Reviews and Ratings
I was pleased with the hotel's unique structure and close proximity to the jungle and ruins, offering a nice stay. The rooms, while interesting, could be too humid at times, affecting our comfort during sleep. The breakfast buffet was amazing, though some found the beds a bit hard.
Staying at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms are set around a large central courtyard open to the sky with a swimming pool, and walking home through the Mayaland exit was so convenient. The calm swimming pool area just made my stay even better. The breakfast buffet is truly recommended, but I can see why some might find the beds too firm because they're mattresses on cement slabs.
The hotel is like a hidden gem with rooms that have a cave-like feel, but they might be a bit on the smaller side and not the newest. The overall decoration is charming with old Maya reminders. The service was a mixed bag with some staff being nice and helpful while others seemed unenthusiastic. The location is perfect for visiting Chichen Itza and avoiding the crowds. The dining options were a bit overpriced and the timing may not suit everyone. The facilities offer a unique experience in a decorated environment.
